A supportive group for new parents. You will be invited to try some simple art and body based exercises to enhance feelings of calm, confidence and connection. By tapping into your creativity, make time for yourself to relax and reflect.

You don't need any artistic 'talent', just a few colours and a couple of sheets of paper. If you have art materials at home feel free to use them.

A typical session will begin with some gentle stretches and/or meditation to help you feel centred. You’ll then be offered a couple of prompts which you can explore as you wish. We will close by inviting any reflections you’d like to share with the group.

Whilst this group is not therapy, it does incorporate techniques from art therapy and EMDR.
