Art is a gentle and safe way to explore whatever brings you to therapy, harnessing the power of creativity and spontaneity. You don’t need to worry about what to say, or whether you can find words to express what you mean. And you DON’T need to be an artist; there’s no right or wrong, good or bad.

We will be working online, and all you'll need for sessions is some basic art materials. This could just be a few sheets of printer paper and a pencil.

Creative exercises will help to reveal where issues lie, and targeting these using emdr will enable you to untangle whatever is holding you back.
