Art is a gentle and safe way to explore whatever brings you to therapy. You DON’T need to be an artist; there’s no right or wrong, good or bad- simple scribbling may unlock something you couldn't otherwise express.

You don’t need to worry about what to say, or whether you can find words to explain what you mean. We will be working online, and all you'll need for sessions is a computer to get online and some basic art materials. This could just be a few sheets of printer paper and a pencil.

Creative exercises will help to reveal where issues lie, and targeting these using EMDR will enable you to untangle whatever is holding you back.
